Art for Wellbeing and Enterprise was a year long collaboration between Cartwheel Arts and Bubble Enterprises across Wigan borough, funded by the Working Neighbourhoods Fund through Wigan Council. The initial focus was on adults with mild to moderate mental health problems, but this was later widened to include any residents from deprived neighbourhoods in the borough who wanted to boost their confidence, learn new art techniques and develop a range of business skills.
