Cat Jessop

Cat has been working in the arts and heritage sector since graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Arts Education. She inspires communities to engage in creative practice through her unique blend of story telling and illustration. Cat has worked across the north west creating everything from large scale murals to mini mosaics and everything in between. Cat started working as a freelance facilitator in 2007, she's created spellbinding schools programmes for museums, fun filled arts days for families and inspiring illustrations for organisations & local authority publications. When Cat isn't scribbling around the edges she can be found running over the hills. Her favourite past time is fell running; scrabbling up crags and racing down muddy tracks, her perfect day out is spent on the moors with a compass, a flapjack and not a pavement in sight.
