100 Moments

We now have all moments up on our 100 Moments Blog. We want to say a big thank you to all those organisations that have submitted a moment and invite all of you to take a look at the wonderful work going on across Greater Manchester using art to impact on wellbeing. We have enjoyed reading every single moment that has come in and are sincerely delighted to see all of the amazing work that is happening in every borough making art for wellbeing a real priority. Thank you again for taking the time and effort to submit your moments and we hope you have found being part of the project as invaluable as have found running it.

So… what next?

As well as moments, we are aiming to collect as many pledges as we can: letting us know what changes you are going to make (or want to demand) for art for wellbeing. It could be linking up with a local GP surgery, introducing a new activity, event, or club that uses some form of art to improve your local community’s wellbeing, or you could even make a demand for local government to make art for wellbeing a priority. It’s up to you!

To make a pledge, head over to our pledge page and leave a reply outlining your pledge, making sure to include your name and organisation. There are some pledges already there to inspire you.

What about this publication you promised us?

Fear not! We are currently working on typing up all our moments as well as case studies to pop into a lovely publication with the aim of having it published in February 2017. This will then be sent out to all NHS and Public Health Commissioners.

We will be in touch in the New Year with another update on the publication and the latest news on ‘100 Moments’ so keep your ears (and email inboxes) open!

From all of us on the 100 Moments Team, thank you and goodnight (for now)!
