His previous cultural sector experience started with being General Manager at Burnley Youth Theatre, at the time it was undertaking a large capital project, subsequently opening the first purpose-built Youth Theatre in England. Following this he moved to Arts About Manchester, as Finance & Admin Director. Arts About Manchester became All About Audience and The Audience Agency as it evolved into a National Organisation.

 Gareth is very excited about being involved with Cartwheel Arts and the fabulous work it does in using the Arts as a vehicle to build stronger communities, and supporting their positive health and wellbeing
