Art for Wellbeing is a long-term project at Cartwheel Arts which uses high quality arts activities and teaching to boost wellbeing.
We work with a team of practitioners who develop projects in community and health-care settings, including adults and young people, who need additional support with their mental health and wellbeing in a wide variety of ways.
This session explores the practical elements to consider when planning creative workshops that are aimed at supporting wellbeing. Join us for a 2-hour session that aims to:
- Summarise Cartwheel Arts’ approach to Art for Wellbeing workshops
- Share best practice
- Outline further learning
After the session we hope you will have some handy tips and links for how to develop your approach to facilitating Art for Wellbeing workshops.
