Alice currently works as a Project Manager for the National Literacy Trust. Previously she worked for Salford Professional Development, a training company owned by the University of Salford, leading a team writing commercial training programmes and conferences for the public and private sectors.

Prior to that she was in a leadership role at Curious Minds (Director of Programmes) and will be able to draw on this experience to support collaborative working, funding streams and programme management. Alice oversaw the monitoring and evaluation of many funded projects with the Arts Council, AGMA and the national Lottery.

Alice's is passionate about work with children and young people. Many of the projects she led at Curious Minds were about improving their learning and development through creativity.
