Steve was attracted to Cartwheel because it meets his three criteria; a creative hub; a local community group and near enough to cycle to for meetings.
He has been a manager in social housing and charities. He will bring an interest in culture - he writes reviews of local theaters for the Rochdale Observer, and money - he is Board Finance Lead for Link4Life - though he is more interested in what people and organisations do with the money.
