Art for Wellbeing, Art and Support group
Artful is our Rochdale provision of 'Next Steps' work, part of CRESS (Creative Referral Engagement and Support Service)
Artful have exhibted at Touchstones Rochdale and Chapter One Books, Manchester and also support Art for Wellbeing Open Days.
The group meet weekly at our Art for Wellbeing Studio, Dandelion Create. They have worked together on projects such as 'Colourfield' 'Visual Poetry' and thier current project 'Fabrication'
In 2016 the group created animations and supporting artwork which was Exhibited at Touchstones Rochdale and also held an exhibition at Cartwheel Arts Scribble Festival at Chapter One Bookshop, Manchester.
Cartwheel Arts support members of Artful to develop their own creative practice, supported by an Artist and Emotional Support Worker. Artful are responsible for curating the window display at Dandelion Create, our Art for Wellbeing studio and take part in regular community exhibitions.
