Cartwheel Arts is committed to using its projects to tackle the climate emergency. Here are some recent projects we've been involved with which have had the environment at their heart.
Nature in Danger!
We worked with a group of Year 7 pupils who used multiple art forms to examine the climate emergency. All the participants were either new international arrivals, refugees or asylum seekers, or members of the Gypsy Roma Traveller community with English as an additional language.

Collaborate
In 2020 Arts Council England funded Cartwheel Arts to deliver a new project that supported ten artists, pairing them with one another, creating five partnerships who then collaborated to develop ten new artworks responding to the climate emergency.
