Rick has been at Cartwheel Arts since 2001 and Director since 2004. Usually chained to a desk thinking strategically and monitoring budgets, he is occasionally allowed to direct an event or even deliver a workshop.

Lucy Holland

Lucy is our Operations and Development Manager. She has been associated with Cartwheel since 2009 in a variety of roles starting out as Administrator then Development Worker, and even a brief stint as a Trustee!

Kerry Bertram

Kerry Bertram

Kerry has joined the board as a Trustee after many years coordinating Art for Wellbeing at Cartwheel Arts. With a background in project delivery, fundraising and strong coordination skills Kerry has developed AfW programme since 2012.

Charlie Morrison

Since 2008 Charlie has been Head of Operations and Finance at Brighter Sound, a charity that produces creative music projects ranging from artistic residencies and events for professional artists to partnerships with schools.
