Hebe became the Director of Cartwheel Arts in 2022 and is excited about the future of the organisation.

Sue is our finance guru. Since she started in 2014 we have been in a strict financial control sytem. She's also a rock'n'roll fan and the team enjoys her mobile tunes.

Becky is our Operations & Development Manager since 2023 with a long history at Cartwheel Arts since 2017.

Vicki has joined Cartwheel to manage our Heritage Lottery Funded 'Overspill' project...

Bailey is one of our Project Assistants. 

Richard is our Admin and Communications Officer. He's a writer and editor who has also worked for community organisations including Levenshulme Old Library and Levenshulme Market.

Ruth is a Programme Coordinator for You Live and Learn and leads on our Crafting Heritage project.

Steve is a strong advocate of the arts as a means of giving a voice to the voiceless and as a catalyst for transforming communities.

Alyson is our Chair and leads on Safeguarding and Diversity. Her supports and guidance are crucial to Cartwheel Arts.

Laura is the Wellbeing Adviser at the Co-op, developing innovative and thoughtful programmes of support for colleagues across the business, to support all areas of their physical, mental, financial and emotional wellbeing, in a truly holistic sense. 

James Carey is EAL & Community Cohesion Lead at St. Mary's CE Primary School in Balderstone. For the past 4 years, he has worked with diverse and isolated families who are new to the country to overcome barriers and connect with the borough; particularly people seeking asylum. 

Gareth is our Treasurer and has been Head of Operations & Finance at Brighter Sound since November 2019.

Victoria Liu founded her Executive Coaching and Leadership Training business after spending over 20 years consulting for over 20 companies across multiple industries.

Lauren is the Executive Director and co ceo of Kazzum Arts, a London based trauma informed arts charity supporting children and young people.
