Cartwheel Arts policies have been developed and implemented in order to share good practice across all areas of the company.
They establish the rules of conduct, outline the responsibilities and protect the rights of everyone involved with the company – professionals, participants and volunteers as well as the interests of the company and support its vision and mission.
We are constantly working to improve these policies.
