Create+ Short Film - Lime Art

This short film from Lime focuses on their new staff wellbeing programme at Manchester Foundation Trust. It has been designed for NHS managers but open to anyone who is interested in finding out more about the NHS workforce programme.

Established in 1973, and based at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust - MFT, Lime is an internationally acclaimed Arts + Health organisation with a diverse portfolio of award winning projects in hospital and community healthcare settings spanning 49 years.

As one of the largest acute Trusts in the UK, MFT employs more than 20,000 staff working across nine hospital sites and in the community, providing care for approximately 750,000 people per year. In Autumn 2021 the Lime Arts and Wellbeing Centre opened at the Trusts Oxford Road Campus and has to date enabled hundreds of NHS staff, including health professionals, students and trainees access Lime’s pioneering NHS staff wellbeing programme. The centre is the first dedicated and fully equipped artist studio located in a hospital setting in the UK and an impressive resource that presents a global landmark for culture and wellbeing in healthcare at MFT.
