Our Impact: Reflect and Respond conference on Thursday 10th October
We were thrilled to celebrate our 40th birthday through a conference on arts and health.
Over 60 people joined us at the conference which took place on World Mental Health Day.
The carefully curated day included leading peer organisations sharing best practice; the opportunity for practitioners to switch roles and participate in creative workshops; and to grow our knowledge through discovering the research findings from higher education researchers, and inspiration from the poet Tony Walsh.
Feedback from delegates praised the conference for its important contribution to the sector’s development at a time when it is growing and becoming ever more valuable to good health and well-being outcomes.
“A GREAT group of people and lots of interesting conversations and connections. Those breakouts and moments to connect are invaluable.”
“Connecting with new people and sharing ideas.”
“Learnt so much! Brilliant speakers and presentations.”
Thank you to the organisations, individual practitioners, and researchers who generously shared their practice and expertise on the day.
And, of course, thank you to all the delegates who attended.
